Marc's Mobility

I searched all over locally for a power wheelchair that had the features I needed, then found Marc's. I called and spoke with Sal who understood my needs, the features of the various chairs, and helped me narrow down the right one. Follow-ups were fast, friendly and informative. After I ordered the chair Alex called to verify one of the measurements and was also very informative. They shipped the chair through R&L Carriers from Florida to Oregon. R&L communicated a delivery date and time window and were on time, friendly and put the pallet right where I needed it for unboxing. All and all this was a perfectly smooth purchase of a used chair that looks like it's brand new. I felt good dealing with Sal/Marc's right from the start and am glad I did!

I purchased the Travel Buggy City 2 Plus back in September. I wanted to use it a little bit before I gave a review on the chair... First tho I want to give 5 stars to this business as I did everything over the phone so a bit harder to know what you are getting than being able to try it out...he took the time to give me measurements and answer any questions I had with great patience. They shipped it out to me and it arrived in just a couple days well packaged and without any damage. Great customer service with this business (they are in Florida and I needed to receive the chair in Pennsylvania). I have used this chair for our large fair that comes to town once a year in September and my husband no longer had to push me around (I have SMA type III-IV - more adult onset - so walking is becoming quite difficult for me). It worked great and maneuverability was easier than I thought. We also like to go on cruises and again cruising was getting quite difficult for me and using just a walker as my balance is not good. I got around on the ship with ease and felt so independent and did not have to rely on my husband to be at my side every moment to get me to different points on the ship. It also has enough height to clear the ramps to get on and off the ship too. I could pull the chair up to the tables and eat (as the arms can flip up and back) - although normally had to take my feet off the foot rest so my legs would sit underneath. And the foot rest is nice as it is a bigger pad to rest your feet on than just a bar type or smaller foot rest and it slides back and forth to give a little adjustment. I am 5' 6" and I do wish the foot rest was just a tad lower or would adjust up and down a little too but it is certainly works good as is too. I did a lot of searching for the right chair as I needed to be able to push myself out of the seat (I have difficulty rising from a seated position) and didn't want it sitting too low to the ground - this really has been a great chair for my needs and a little more independence and not having to have someone push me around. Very satisfied with this company who sold it to me and with the chair itself.

Marc's Mobility Was very helpful with me. I already knew what scooter I wanted from watching a bunch of You Tube videos to include Marc's Mobility youtube video. Adam was very patient with me and stayed on the phone with me when we went through the whole process of ordering it. I ended up getting the buzz around carry on, which after three days of use I knew was the right choice. After I was able to get financed through one of the three finance options they have they were ready to put the order in and they packaged it shipped it for free and it was fully assembled when I received it. All I needed was a pair of scissors to start getting it unwrapped but they handled it all for me. Again I want to thank their salesman Adam for being through the whole process with me.

Talk about a family business with integrity, that goes out of their way to help you get exactly what is perfect for you. I recently purchased a Travel Buggy City 2 power chair through them. They took the time to let me try several chairs to see what suited me the best, and WOW, I love having my freedom back! The chair is perfect for me. They went above and beyond to get the accessories I needed as well, and everything they did was at a more than fair price. I will be forever grateful to them for everything they have done for me!

I went to Marcs to inquire about my first scooter and met Marc and his son Alex. Both were very nice and helpful. After we chatted and hey inquired what my needs were, they showd me two or three that they thought were best for my sistuation. A few moments later there were two scooters ready to take for a ride. Both were really nice. Quick and stable and very very quiet. I decided to purchase the better of the two, since it was rated for a higher weight and seemed more solid. It did not have suspention like the other one did, but it did have bigger tires. They also demonstrated how to take them apart and put it into my smaller trunk. No tools required! After putting several hours behing the wheel, I must say that I love this thing! I has helped me regain my mobility after three years of medical issues. I feel like Marcs Mobility has everythng I will ever need and I wont have to worry about after support. I highly reccomend they for all your mobility needs!!!

I was very late for an appointment due to a traffic jam. When I finally got there they immediately went to work on my Harmar lift and installed the wire to runt the lift on our 2019 Pacifa mini van. I might add that thay carry a decent inventory of new and used mobility scooters. I would encourage anyone that needs a scooter or needs one repaired to go there. Thankyou Marc's Mobility.
